Eligibility for Returns

  • Damaged or Defective Products: You can return items that are damaged, defective, or not as described. Our commitment is to maintain high quality standards, and we
    We understand that selecting your style and size can be quite challenging. We strongly encourage you to refer to our size guide prior to placing any orders with us. Our team endeavours to assist you when you need to return or would like to have a refund for your order. 
What can you return and exchange:
  • Only Items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may only be returned.
  • No returns are accepted after 7 days of receipt of purchase.
  • We do not accept items that have noticeable wear, washed garments or makeup stains.
  • We do not refund or exchange for change of mind, errors in approved custom proofs, shipping or stock delays or custom orders with wrong size. Note: sizing measurements online are within +-2cm, anything outside of this is faulty.
  • The goods must be unused/unworn and be returned with it’s original packaging.

Customers wishing to return goods must notify the 4X4 Maniac team via sales@4x4maniac.com.au within 7 days of delivery of the goods. Our sales team will provide you instructions on how to return the garments. Garments must be returned at customers' expense with a copy of their original invoice to our Melbourne office. 

Returns & Refunds can take up to 21 Days to process.

4X4 Maniac reserves the right to modify this refund and return policy at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on our Website. Please review our policy on the website for any updates.

  • Size or Style Exchange: Understanding the challenge in selecting the right size or style, we offer exchanges for items that are not worn or washed. This does not apply to custom printed products.

Process for Returning Items

  • Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and, if possible, photos.
  • Approval and Instructions: Our team will assess your return request and, if eligible, provide instructions for sending the item back.
  • Return Shipping: The cost and responsibility of return shipping fall on you. We recommend using a trackable and insured method.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded using the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. The refund should reflect in your account within 3-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Exchanges: For eligible size or style exchanges, we'll cover the standard shipping cost of the replacement item. Expedited shipping is available for an extra charge. Custom printed items are excluded from exchanges.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom or Personalized Products: Items customized or personalized for you are not returnable or exchangeable unless they are defective or not as ordered.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: These items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of damage or defects.

Conditions for Returns

  • Item Condition: Returns are only accepted for items in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Return Window: Initiating a return must occur within 7 days of receipt. Late requests may not be accommodated.
