To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:

D: Chest Circle
Lay the T-shirt flat on a surface, measure across the chest just under the armhole seam, and double this measurement to get the full chest circumference.

F: Bottom Hem Width

Lay the T-shirt flat, measure straight across the bottom hem from edge to edge to get the width of the T-shirt at its bottom.

G: Front Length from HPS (High Point Shoulder) to Bottom Hem Find the highest point of the shoulder right at the neck seam, measure straight down from this point to the bottom edge of the hem for the front length of the T-shirt.

J: Sleeve Length

Start at the shoulder seam where the sleeve attaches to the body of the T-shirt, measure along the top edge of the sleeve down to the end of the sleeve for the sleeve length.

K: Sleeve Opening

Lay the T-shirt flat, smooth out the sleeve, and measure across the opening of the sleeve to find the width of the sleeve opening.

Ensure the measuring tape is comfortably loose and flat against the T-shirt for accurate measurements. Measuring a T-shirt that fits well can also be helpful for comparison when purchasing or creating new garments.
